We are looking for stations interested operating and demonstrating during the 2025 California State Fair.

The State Fair runs from July 11 – 27, 2025. In the exhibitor buildings there will be space made available for demonstration booths. And, if we have enough participants, we can reserve demonstration time slots to showcase amateur radio operations.

You will need to bring everything required for your station – from batteries, to your transceivers, and especially your antennas.

We do not have all of the specifics, yet, including the available time slot assignments. We are not expecting to cover every hour of every day, we can request time slots that best fit our ability to fulfill. But we need to gauge your interest, first.

This is open to all amateur radio operators, and the best demonstrations will include both VHF/repeater operations as well as HF operations. You can also highlight Winlink, FT8, and other digital modes as well.
